I hope you are off to a great summer! For those who have been able to complete your online registration already...Thank You!

If you've not yet had a chance...I know the beginning of summer can be busy, so I thought I'd send a reminder.

Information on how to complete Online Registration can be found below. This is the earliest we've begun this process, and we'd love to go ahead and get as many folks completed during the month of June. Please take a look when you have a chance!

SOPHOMORE and JUNIOR PARENTS: Online Registration

Online Registration is now open! Instead of a large pack of back-to-school paperwork to complete in August, Henry County Schools changed to an online registration process several years back. This is NOT the same as course selection. Instead, it is the process to update/confirm all information associated with your student and to electronically "sign" the normal back-to-school requirements. This process has been updated to be more user friendly this year and will take approximately 15-30 minutes to complete.

**Before beginning, you must have a Parent Vue account. Most of you already have an account. If your child has ever attended a school in the Henry County School System (even as far back as kindergarten!), you will need to use your original Parent Vue account. For any questions, please phone Mrs. Disney in our Main Office at 642-5232 or email HCHS Registrar, Melissa King at kingm@henryk12.net. Either of these ladies will be glad to assist with your account.

Note: From personal experience of some of our employee parents, it seems to be best to complete online registration from a desktop/laptop. If you use your phone, you are unable to see the full documents to check off on and therefore unable to complete the process. If you need access to use a laptop, you are welcome to come during our office hours and we'll be glad to provide a place for you. Our Summer Office Hours are Mondays through Thursdays, 8-3, and Fridays 8-1.

Note: If you have an active ParentVue account, your easiest path is to go directly to your account (https://sis-psvue1.tnk12.gov/HCS/PXP2_OEN_Login.aspx?Logout=1) and complete online registration there. If you don't have this set up, you will need to follow the steps below.

Note: When the time arrives for Early Schedule Pick-Up, Online Registration must be completed. Taking care of it now will put you a step ahead!

IMPORTANT UPDATED NOTE: Online Registration is now open for those coming to 9th grade. If you have a child who will be in 9th grade at Grove next year and attended Inman, Harrelson, Henry, or Lakewood for 8th grade, you may complete online registration and will need to choose "CURRENT STUDENT," as we have already have their information in our system.

To complete the online registration process, parents/guardians will need to follow these steps:

1. Go to the district website at henryk12.net.

2. Go to the “students and families” tab to see the drop-down menu.

3. Click on the “online registration” heading.

Once you are on the online registration page, you will have three options for registering your student. The options are current student or returning student, and new to the district student. “Current or returning student” is a student who has ever attended a school in the Henry County School System (even as far back as kindergarten!). That will be most of you.
