HCHS Parents and Stakeholders,
I hope this email finds you well! We are heading into a busy season with a variety of orders, Parent-Teacher Conferences, and more, so I wanted to share a few things this afternoon.
Parent-Teacher Conferences
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held this coming Monday, September 22nd, from 1-7 pm. Entrance will be available under the front canopy and at the E entrance across from the red fieldhouse. We hope you'll stop by and visit with your child's teachers!
--As a note, a Vocational Rehabilitation representative will be set up in E Atrium. If your child receives IEP or 504 services, we would encourage you to stop by and see how they can help with post-secondary opportunities and more. Attached is a flyer with some information.
--EOC results from last year will be available for pick up in the Art Gallery area (between A and B buildings.

Yearbook Orders
The 2025-26 Yearbook is now on sale! This yearbook will include students and activities for grades 9-12 and is for both E.W. Grove and Henry County High Schools. Early Bird pricing is available now. Please see the attached flyer for ordering directions.
Senior Picture Orders
Senior Picture proofs went home with seniors last week. I saw some great pictures of young ladies and gentlemen in their caps/gowns and drape/tux! Alford Studios will be here during lunches this coming Thursday, September 25th for orders and to receive your child's choice for their yearbook picture. A few notes...
--The proofs belong to the photography company and are to be returned on 9/25.
--There will be another opportunity in October for orders if this month does not work for you.
--For seniors who missed their photography appointment, the photographer will be here on November 3rd for a make-up day. This date will be the last opportunity for senior/yearbook pictures.
Senior Graduation Supply Orders:
Jostens was here last Friday and met with seniors regarding Graduation orders (Cap, gown, diploma cover, and more). Your senior should have come home with a packet of information. Additionally, please see the attached flyer. Timelines are as follows...
September 23: Online Orders due for October 9th Senior Celebration
October 9th during lunches: In person orders can be placed; Senior Celebration (delivery of Class of 2026 apparel, but not cap/gown, etc. Those will be delivered later.)
Junior Class Ring Orders:
Jostens was here last Friday and met with juniors regarding Class Ring orders. Your junior should have come home with a packet of information. Additionally, please see the attached flyer. Timelines are as follows...

October 9th during lunches: In person orders can be placed; Backpacks delivered for online orders; Rings will be delivered later.
